I'm 40 and have always had constant low-level acne, especially around my chin. I've seen dermatologists and been recommended prescription creams that worked, but made my skin very sensitive. Likewise, if this is going to help you with your acne you'll likely notice a big difference within a week or two. These capsules from NOW Foods are small and easy to swallow, without any unpleasant taste. I haven't noticed any stomach upset or other issues with taking them.
