I love this baby food pouches. My baby is frequently constipated and i have this once a day and works well. This is amazing food plus organic is what makes me more happier. Its a little bit pricey but worth it.. its a little bit sour in it but taste amazing.

These are a must for constipation in my baby/toddler. I tried the recommended pears and peaches which didn’t have any effect. I tried cutting down on carbs and dairy, which didn’t work either. The only thing that works are these prune pouchies. And this might be TMI, but they also help with my postpartum constipation. Sometimes baby doesn’t finish the pouch, and I finish it (it tastes much better than prune juice) and it helps me along lol.

These prune pouches are absolutely perfect for traveling! They’re super convenient, mess-free, and a great quick snack for both babies and adults. I love that they don’t need refrigeration and fit easily in our RV pantry or travel bag. The taste is naturally sweet without being overwhelming, and the texture is smooth and easy to enjoy on the go. A must-have for road trips or anytime you need a healthy, grab-and-go snack! I can't find these in any of my local stores.

My daughter love the texture of pure very smooth and little sour. My baby is eight month old and it is perfect puree. My husband does love mango and sometime he finish one pouch too

Good blend, tastes good, not too sweet. This helps with our little one's constipation problem. Use only 1-2 table spoons each day, mix with milk or cereal. She's fairly regular now.

These have a TON of prunes in them, which is usually great, but in this case the flavor is so strong that my little one isn’t much of a fan. She prefers the Plum brand that has more water in their prune mix.

My toddler loves these. His tummy is still adjusting to whole milk so we give him a pouch of these prunes every night to help him. They work great and helps loves them.

Bring a few on vacations and trips if you’re prone to travel constipation.
