Wasted my time reading half the book. There are no practical advices or exercises. Author has only compiled lots of research descriptions. Bland book not engaging at all. And nothing practical. It's just boring information.

Waste of money. Do not buy.

It is rehash of many books already available on the subject'. Nothing original. No great insight. May be useful to Cancer patients fir getting hope but very superficial despite large number of pages. Repetative and mediocre.
