Forms part of my car emergency kit. A great torch, very bright. It takes AAA batteries like all items in my car emergency kit. I carry a large pack of extra AAA batteries just in case.

I’d been looking for a decent, fairly small torch for a while and this one was a good price so gave it a go. It’s a nice piece of kit on the whole. The battery caddy is a great idea, the beam focus is very useful, it has a good range and is a good size. It even comes with a case which to be honest I’m I unlikely to keep it in but if you’re buying as a gift then it’s a nice addition. Battery life is yet to be revealed obviously so giving it 5 stars for that would seem a bit off.On the whole well worth the cost, in fact I’m probably going to buy another one for in my car and one for a relative.

We go camping so I thought I would buy this torch for the night time walk back and it’s brilliant at a very reasonable price!

Good bright torch if your house power goes off

I needed a lightweight, but tough, bright torch for dog walking and general use. This torch fits the bill exactly - it arrived promptly, came with batteries and is easy to carry. It's fairly compact and has a useful carry strap, which avoids dropping the torch if two hands are needed. The flood light beam illuminates a large area with ease, but can be quickly focussed to a spotlight if needed. Great for dog walking at night and I also ride a motorbike and ski, I will carry it in my pack - so the pulsating and morse code modes may come in handy in an emergency. All in all a good value buy.
