The service from the seller is good and the product seems to keep the cats away from where it has been sprayed, but the only problem is that one cat was peeing on the sofa, so I sprayed the sofa but the smell from this product is very strong and overpowering.It has made the whole living room and other parts of the house smell, although it isn't really a bad smell it is very strong and even follows you out of the house as it sticks to your clothes.So this will be great if you want to stop urine somewhere where you don't want to be, otherwise I'm sorry but it's just too strongI only did 3 squirts as well and it states on the instructions to spray every 12 hours, so there's no chance of the smell settling down!

Good Price
My cat is an outdoor cat but suddenly I found on 2 occasions she had done her business in the corner of the room, or had she? Hmm was most unusual for my cat after 8yrs,i suspected it might have been another cat wondered in n left its mark, since using the spray in every possible spot there hasn't been any more incidents. So fingers crossed

Reasonably priced and does the job
At first, I didn't think this was working. My dog would still foul in the same place. I started increasing the spraying to 3 or 4 times a day and before I knew it, my dog stopped going there. Now she is going outside regularly, which I've never had before. So one happy customer here.The product itself is a water-like spray, with a strong lemony scent. The scent fades off after a few hours and doesn't seem to leave behind any residue like some powders I've seen. Overall good value for money I would say. But use as part of a toilet training routine. Otherwise you will just push the problem to a different part of the house.

Seems to work
This product had leaked on arrival, after contacting the supplier a replacement was quickly sent, good customer service. Have used it for a couple of weeks and have noticed a difference, less unwanted visitors or fowling.

Did not work!
Nope, did not work at all for my jack russell. I have a 9ft x 3ft doormat and hes still peeing on it!!! I used the whole bottle, very strong smell of citrus, but did not work.

Overpowering unpleasant smell, not suitable for use indoors
This product is too strong smelling to use indoors. Makes the room and surrounding areas unliveable. Product is not eligible for return so I'm just going to throw it away, waste of money.
