It really works well, it’s similar to another one I use to use (no longer available). Only thing is the price, it’s kinda expensive.

I hate products that make my hair stiff or goopy. This root boost gives me the lift that keeps my hair from being totally flat, but it’s still soft and feels normal. I love it!

It works great on my hair I have very thin hair cannot even use conditioner it will weigh my hair down this is light and boosts my hair up

I'm usually skeptical about volumizing products since it's hit or miss on my fine hair. Applied to wet hair before blow drying and it definitely gave it more volume and height.

I have been using Regis products for many years. Their excellent Volume Foam was discontinued a couple years ago, so I switched to Root Boost for my go-to styling product. It WAS a good product, although somewhat more drying to my hair than my favorite discontinued Volume Foam. The NEW Root Boost (new bottle) is a completely different product. First of all, it has an overwhelmingly strong tropical fruit fragrance. The new product has nowhere near the hold, control, or root boost of the original formula. It is possibly less drying than the old formula, but it just doesn't work. I'll be looking for a new styling product to replace the OLD formula Root Boost.
