There is no heal height. It’s a regular flip flop

I wouldn't say that they stretch, but when I have them on there is room for me to put my finger between my foot and the strap, so they are not tight. Hope this helps!

I think a man's size foot would be okay and yes- they would look good on a man. They're unisex. But they do have a longer strap than normal.
