I've been using this knife at home and in the breakroom at work for more than five years, and it's great for tomatoes and many other times when a serrated knife works best. My coworkers agree. In fact, someone from a different department stole it recently, so I had to order another. Very sharp, long-lasting, a good length for overall use.
