This is the best eye makeup remover I’ve ever used. It takes everything off quickly and easily, without rubbing or tugging, and I’ve had zero irritation. The fact that it’s hypoallergenic makes it perfect for sensitive eyes, and I love how gentle yet effective it is. It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without any residue. Doesn't clog nor too waterdown. Other brands tend to get in my eye and cause discomfort plus they are more expensive. Not this brand. Press cotton pad over eye (with make up and waterproof mascara for 4 secs and gently wipe off. Love it.
