Great ladder! Fits perfectly. My only complaint was the hardware wasn’t black. The silver hardware is very visible and detracts from the ladder a bit. But it functions fine and is a good product.

Writing a review is a first for me, but this situation deserved it. I didn't look at the previous reviews or I would have avoided this item, I highly suggest you avoid it. The bolt mounting holes were severely misaligned, on top of that, the tubes weren't welded straight so it was very difficult just to connect the pieces together. It took a couple guys to bend it just enough to be able to force them into place. That's when we discovered the holes were horribly misaligned. No QC at all. I paid over $30 to send the defective item back and I followed the seller's instructions (which were in horrible broken English and made no sense so I had to contact the seller first to decode the instructions). The seller said they would refund the return shipping but they didn't. Amazon is giving me the runaround about it as well. I've been on the phone about 4 times with amazon and it's been a total hassle and waste of time. The third time I contacted amazon customer service they had me send an email with the receipt (which was already in the amazon messages to the seller), explaining the situation to request the refund. I asked why I had to do all that when they had all the information in the messages between me and the seller, including the copy of the receipt and I've explained the situation multiple times already on the phone. After wasting more time writing a detailed email and once again finding the receipt, I received a bounce back email saying that email address does not receive, only sends, so another complete waste of my time. I called amazon back and again, a waste of my time. The amazon rep said they will have to put in a request (again) for someone to look into it. I said, you know what, cancel my prime account, I'm done. Amazon has just become another ebay... This entire situation was a total waste of my time, but if this review helps you, then it was worth my time... Stay safe...

Price was good. However I expected black hardware. Imaging my disappointment when I received silver. This really messes up the look of the ladder. Totally misleading. Also very poor packaging. Also though assembly is pretty straight forward, instructions, and hardware list would be nice. Now I'm going to have to track down black hardware at my expenses. If ladder was as pictured I would have given much higher rating, however pictures are one of the things that make or break a purchase. I would not of purchased this ladder had I known it had silver hardware. False advertising.Definitely would not purchase from the seller again.

The only one issue that i have is when you assemble it there is i have to make the hole bigger for the screw because the allignment is not accurate, but overall its good.

Horrible customer service, item did not fit my car, they did not refund me my shipping cost back to them as they said in the shipping back description. I will never buy from them again.

El producto en general tiene una buena terminación, viene bien embalado, pero no tiene Manuel para poder armar y montar, tuve que irme a Videos que encontré en Internet. Algunos orificios de las piezas vienen mal alineados y otras piezas vienen mal dobladas que hace más difícil su instalación. Tuve que emplear herramienta para corregir los errores de manufactura

Actualizo mi reseña: el diseño en los puntos de montaje con la arrocería es pésimo, La calidad de los materiales es buena, los cortes y perforaciones que trae no tanto, te hacen batallar mucho para armarla y encima viene sin instrucciones lo cual complica algo las cosas para los menos intuitivos

No entiendo el porqué de los comentarios negativos. La escalera está perfecta y muy fácil de armar.
