side plates come with "M" 300 amp, not this "E" 350 amp. perhaps you were looking at the two different listings and got confused

Can I use this product if I have 3 batteries on board and use 2 to run accessories and 24volt trolling motor and the third battery only for cranking?

I do not know for sure. I would think the 24 volt batteries have to be run by joining the power of the 2 batteries and this could not be altered by connecting to this system. I would consider getting the strongest battery I could find and use it for cranking and accessories. Also, fish finders can be effected by trolling motor static if hooked to the same battery. You could google Blue Sea to get their phone number and ask them.
