So far I've used these twice and I love them. Feels like I'm squatting on a cushion of air. Got these because I've been hesitant to lift heavier as I've been experiencing slight knee tweaks now that I'm getting older. Thought these would add a little needed support to get me more comfortable in my squat. Was a little concerned about price but these are totally worth the investment. So far, no knee discomfort when I squat and I feel totally supported by the pressure this adds around my knees. They are comfortable and not too tight. I usually wear compression leggings and these are flexible enough to not impact those as I pull them up my legs. I'm also am able to go a little deeper in my squat as these provide that little additional support I needed.

Like the best way to ride a bicycle is to ride far enough out from the gutter to avoid the debris (unless you like to spend all day patching your tires), likewise the best way to power walk is to protect your knees. Like Vince Lombardi once quipped when players were hurt "The knee's, the knee's, it's always the knee's". The knee's are every persons weakest link and if you want to stay fit, you need to protect them. I have tried many other braces and now I am trying these for the first time. I had my concerns purchasing a brace without an open patella, but the fit and support from this brace is top notch and they do not slid down. I have included a sizing chart via attached jpeg picture from the Mava site. Side note: you can toss these in a washer, but remember to only air dry them.

USER ERROR. I wasn’t too pleased with the first pair because they kept sliding off. I normally get XL. Switched to L and wow. Just wow. I wish I had these knee sleeves years ago. Great support overall. Definitely a must need for serious gym users. (Squats never felt better!!)

I've had knee issues for twenty plus years, and these provide a great deal of stability and comfort. These are by far the most comfortable sleeves I have used, most dig into either the calve or thigh but these don't... Would give them a five, but nothing is perfect, and Mava can try to make these better if possible....

Overall great product!! Fits very well, very good support and it's very comfortable.

I've tried several different brands of knee sleeves, and Mava work best for me. I have meniscus and medial ligament problems. These sleeves are super comfortable, and I am able to wear them all day. They do not bind or bunch behind my knees and they stay in place. The sleeves provide super support and wearing them enables me to stay active the entire day.

I have used these supports now for a few weeks doing squats, box jumps, burpees etc and find they support the knee joint very well. I have never used supports on my knees before but I found after a weights session my knees would hurt when I was walking down the stairs at home. Since using these supports that pain has pretty much gone. They are not cheap, but the quality is very good and they have helped me with my knee pain issues so it's worth it in the long run.

I bought these to help with the arthritis in my knees rather than for sports and they work perfectly. A well made product delivered quickly.
