Overview: We have been using this toothpaste on our Cavalier King Charles Spaniels since we got them as puppies. They are now 2 years old with excellent teeth and gums! We tried the adult toothpaste when they turned one year old, but they did not like the chicken flavor. They absolutely love the peanut butter flavor, and the baking soda really helps with their breath. Every time that I take them to the vet, they are very happy with their teeth and gum condition. The last visit, the vet scored both dogs’ teeth and gums and gave our female a score of 0.2 out of 4, with 1 being the best and 4 the worst, and gave our male a 0.3 out of 4. I usually brush their teeth every 2-3 days. Arm & Hammer is a name that I have grown up with, and I have learned to trust their products over the years. This toothpaste is no exception. Pros: The Enzymes break down the tarter, which keeps their teeth clean and gums healthy. The baking soda helps with cleaning and also keeps their breath fresh. I consistently receive positive feedback from my vets for both dogs’ oral care. The peanut butter taste is well received by both dogs. It is cost effective. Cons: None noticed with the peanut butter flavor, however, they do not like the chicken flavor as much. Conclusion: This is a high-quality product, at an excellent price. Even though this states that it is for puppies, they both really like the taste, and we have been so satisfied with the results that we have continued with this product and will do so as long as we see these results.

Works good and my dog likes the taste. It gets her teeth clean and makes her breath smell better. It foams up making it easy to clean her whole mouth.

This tooth paste is a good choice for dogs with browned teeth. I originally bought it because its white in color not brown or tan. I tried some others that were highly recommended that were beef flavored and tan in color it upset my dogs stomach. Arm and hammer didn't and he seemed to like the peanut butter flavor. The best part is after using it for 4 weeks his teeth are white and no longer have the brown stains on them and his breath is so much better The first 3 photos are before and the second 3 are the after.

My 2 dogs come running when I ask “who wants to brush their teeth”?. They love the peanut butter flavor even though it doesn’t smell like peanut butter. My dogs are 2 and 4 and they let me brush their teeth every night. They do not have stinky dog breath either. Great product.

This may be a good product, but I’ve been gently trying for ten days to get my 11-month old mixed breed to take a little dab off my finger just to get her used to it (haven’t come anywhere near introducing a brush). She HATES the peanut butter flavor and now runs when she sees the tube. Time to try a different flavor.

This is a dual review of the VIWIK 4Pack Pet Finger Toothbrush Dog Tooth Brushing Kit, and the Arm & Hammer Complete Care Enzymatic Dog Toothpaste, Peanut Butter Flavor. We have a four month old pup, and I wanted to get him started off right on his dental care. Also, depending on what he's eaten, his breath can be rather funky. I got these "thimble" type toothbrushes because I thought it would be easier than using a brush with a handle, and that seems to have worked out well for us. He's young enough that he is (almost) constantly trying to chew on our fingers or arms, so this is a natural fit. He resisted a bit the first time, but after a couple of times, he's a big fan. He apparently loves the taste of the toothpaste, and he enjoys me scrubbing around in his mouth with my finger brush. It's probably a bit of a dream come true that I'm actually sticking my finger into his mouth rather than getting on to him for trying to do it the rest of the time. The 'thimble brushes' are tough enough that even though he's chewing on my finger a good bit of the time, it's not at all uncomfortable for me. Finally, his breath really is better afterwards. Summing up - it's simple, our dog loves it, it only takes a couple of minutes, his breath is better, and hopefully, this will help keep his teeth in good shape.

Keeps my pup’s breath good and healthy

My dog didn’t mind this, she would lick the paste off the brush. She refused other brands I tried previously. Not sure how well it cleans but at least she’ll have a sweet peanut breath for awhile.

This toothpaste has turned an unpleasant task into a laugh minute. The dog can’t get enough of this stuff. She comes running when she hears the grooming cupboard open.

I am using this on a dachshund puppy which works very well as I have tried the mint flavoured dog toothpaste which made my little puppy just drool. This peanut butter flavour toothpaste is working way better for my puppy and now she enjoys having her teeth brushed every night and I don’t have to put up with her slobbering because of the. Thank you very much to whoever thought of making peanut butter toothpaste for dogs.

Must be nice flavour as our puppy likes when his teeth being Brasted.
