If you're asking about the amperage capacity of the 12/3 100' cord, then that answer is 15 amps. Without going into an electrical dissertation, the amperage capacity will be based on intended usage, power (amperage) requirements of the tool being used, continuous or intermittent amperage rating, and most importantly, the rating of your outlet whether residential or commercial. "Most" residential outlets are rated at 15 amps, even if on a 20 amp branch, since there are multiple outlets being fed. Anyway, this cord is good for 15 amps. If you're connecting two, then it's time to look at a dedicated circuit versus extension cords.

Assuming the 100 foot cord is 10/3 or 12/3, yes. Be sure you don't have anything else major running on that circuit, though (air conditioner, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, electric kettle, etc). I ran a dedicated 12/3, 20 amp circuit outdoors so that wasn't a concern, in most of the US an electrician can do that for you for a few hundred dollars. However, if your yard is that large you might want to consider a gas mower or a manual reel-type mower instead. 150 feet of cord is a lot to handle, especially when you are using it with a device that can cut the cord if you accidentally run over it and electrocute yourself to death in the process.

The only power cords that are legal in the US for AC use are copper. If it is a recognized brand like this one, it will be copper. If it is one of the random letters Shen Zhen (China) brands, it might not be. Buy a recognized brand of extension cord to be safe, aluminum is a poor conductor of electricity and in the 1960's people burned their homes down with aluminum wiring (which is why it is banned now). I have bought several things from China that were good quality items except for the cheap, thin aluminum power cord that came with them. I replace the cord (a detachable cord can be replaced in seconds) and go about my day.
