I used this for waist training and support. Does the job. I found that I needed to wear a tank top under it to prevent irritation from the Velcro, but that’s true of all of these for me.

Amazing I first ordered XL to try it out! I love how it from the beginning I fee a different the first photo is the XL . The second photo I order L and I can tel the difference NOW I am going to order a M!!!! Highly recommend!!

I already have a vest and waist support that I use for workout, but I didn’t like them all. I finally found this waist trimmer and it was the BEST! purchase ever. However I’ve got the wrong size and I need to exchange and return. My waist line is 27 and small size didn’t work. I love this waist trimmer.
