Love it. Easy to use.

The charging cable broke after about one week of use. The battery did not hold charges not long after. Seller offered to replace the cable. But it wouldn’t help the un-chargeable battery. They wouldn’t replace the battery, saying I misused it. Wonder how they got that idea. How about making a better quality product?

Solid battery. Got the job done and replaced my old battery perfectly.

It comes with the charger pack and the long cable. I put the battery pack in and started charging it while I was playing a game. When I was done I unplugged the cable from the controller and then I saw the part that's on the controller that connects the charger fell side ways and was now inside the battery pack. I got it to connect to the charger but it doesn't charge anymore.

Broke Same day I got It battery wouldn't charge

This products broke the day i got it. The usb charger port on it broke instantly also the plastic clips that hold it in.also battery only last like an hour. Only thing that was high grade was the usb charger it self. Other then that you get what you pay for. Moral of the story spens the extra money to get better battery pack.

I ordered an xbox one rechargeable battery pack that broke after the second time I charged it. Thanks for wasting my money!

Still works better then 2 double A's and hold a longer charge too
