Didn’t work
I bought this for a replacement plug for my waterpik, too big so will have to return.

It's OK
It seems a little pricey for a charger but it works. The end that goes into the waterpik is rather tight and had to be forced to fit but will probably loosen over time.

Worked for a different water pik type device
I don't know what happened to my water pik type device's charger. I am not ever sure what brand it is. It looked like this charger might fit. And after a slight slim down of one of the two sides of the part the plugs into the "water pik', it fit right in. I used some white adhesive to mark one side of the plug so that I could always tell which side should be facing up when I am plugging in the charge. I'm happy.
