Yes, it tingles. Yes, it itches. Yes, it's worth trying out! I received my order and few days ago & wanted to give it a good shot before I wrote a review. I read all the 1 * reviews so I knew some things I could address w/my review. They now have a plastic sleeve over the spring for the pump. They listened to all the reviewers who were disappointed with the old spray system! No rust, no fuss. Some complain of a salty feeling on the skin. I absolutely feel it in addition to the fact that my skin feels a little dry @ the application site. I'm not sure why it's so surprising though, it says it right on the bottle. I leave it on for 1/2 an hour or so then rinse it off or put aloe on over the brine residue & that solves the problem. I do notice a slight burn. It feels like astringent or if you scratch a patch of dry skin. It's totally bearable & kind of interesting. The burn subsides to a tingle then a slight itch that I sometimes absentmindedly scratch. Just for fun I applied it to a sunburnt patch of skin & didn't notice much of an increase in the burn. A little, but not enough to warn people. I did not receive the free e-book with my order, but I *did* receive 3 small letters in my package one of which addresses the problem & says to contact [email protected] so she can send it to me. You can tell that this company has great customer service & they care about your experience. Even if this product turns out not to the right fit for you (how many of us really had our blood Mg levels tested before/during use?) you have to respect the fact that they care about their customers. I feel a decrease in pain on the application areas & my gluteus muscle that continuously spasms has been decreasing in intensity. I've only had this to use for a few days yet I believe things will continue to improve. I'll update my results on how things progress. After I sent Barbara an email that I hadn't received the e-book she sent me the link and encouraged me to share the book with others. She was very kind and helpful. Go Barbara! I have started using the oil more regularly and really enjoy the improved sleep and muscle relaxation. I recently started using antidepressants and once I added the Mg oil I not that I was loosing weight. I stopped the oil for a few weeks because I got really sick and honestly just forgot about it. Even though I was really sick I gained 6lbs back. So when I got better I figured out the Mg was probably the key and I'm back to spraying my tummy every night before bed. I lost 4 of the 6lbs and am looking forward to more weight loss to come!

I have purposely waited to review this product so that I can give it an honest review from my experience with it. I have been using this daily for 3-4 months now & THIS STUFF IS LIKE LIQUID GOLD! I have fibromyalgia & what I believe to be a couple misaligned neck vertebra (most likely) because I am perpetually sore every single day of my life. The worst soreness I have is the back of my neck & shoulders from tension & probably misalignment. I use special neck devices, etc. to help realign it & do stretches daily (which helps, but doesn't ever make it go completely away). I was really getting sick of using OTC pain pills like Excedrin, Advil, etc. plus I know taking these all the time is not safe. I also tried the highest % cannaboid tinctures on the market, & these don't do much for me either sadly. Not sure why. Taking stronger prescription pain meds is out of the question-don't even want to start to go there because of the danger. I have literally tried everything I can think of. None of the topical creams for muscle soreness, etc. don't work either. Out of desperation I bought this magnesium oil spray just to give it a try. I have used Epsom salt baths & that can help take the edge off a bit, so I thought-might as well try this spray. Honestly, I did not expect it to work since nothing else has. THIS STUFF ACTUALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE! It works 10x's better on muscle soreness than any topical crème on the market. It does sting, especially at first, or if you use it right after a warm shower/bath & your pores are open, BUT the stinging goes away in about 15min. After using it several times my skin got more used to it, so now it only stings once in a while-mainly if it's after a shower. The sting is a little annoying, but not super painful or anything. I will gladly feel a little sting for how well it works. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! If you have muscle soreness or tension, this works better than anything else I have tried. I don't know how it works on arthritis, but most likely it works well for this too. I now use it every morning to help as a preventive for my pain. It has literally taken my daily pain from a 7 or 8 to a 3 & it has cut having to take OTC pain pills from a few days a week to maybe 3 times a month now. AMAZING! I hope to never be without this product!

Overall a good product. I did not feel a sting which the product details mention could happen. It is an oil, so there is a slick feeling. It advises 15 sprays day and night which seems tedious. Overall I’m happy with it, and it seems to dull aches.

Very impressed, I used this on my shoulders for tension and it worked almost immediately. Slight tingling when first applied but nothing drastic.

My legs were on fire !!! lol thought I’d jumped in a bed of fire ants at first . Probably was just a me thing but DANG ! I had to jump in the shower because I was getting a rash but that could’ve been for me running around the house just to get some air on my legs to try to cool them off lol

Edit: adding that my 11 year old generally healthy child also loves this spray on her back before bed. I wish I could give this 10 stars. It was in fsa eligible items and I saw it had good reviews. Figured I would try it. Had low expectations because it’s a spray. And looks like a miracle one at that. Tried on my legs, it stung and felt like I had sand on my legs. BUT I had shaven them that day. So my fault. But then I tried it on my wrists and hands because I have bad carpal tunnel flareups at night, this spray, within 20 seconds, calms them down at an unbelievable level. This doesn’t cure it. But it makes me able to actually sleep. Works better than my braces. Yes sometimes it stings. But carpal tunnel flareups BURN NONSTOP. I’ll 1000000% take this spray. I don’t get the science. And it boggles my brain. But all I know is, I spray it and it works.

The best pain relief EVER ! Allows me to get a good night's rest. I use it on my calves and feet. I love that there is no smell and it keeps my legs nicely moisturized.
