Worked great! I didn’t understand why people used these until I had very sore skin and the gel pads would literally peel away my skin. I recommend wiping them often as I didn’t do that and milk had collected a lot in them between feedings and my nip ples turned a whiteish color. This came off with scrubbing them but just a reminder to continuously wipe these. Wish I had purchased them with my other children. Highly recommend!!!

If you’re struggling with sore, cracked nipples from nursing, trust me — just get these. They work wonders!I wear them almost nonstop because they provide such relief. A few times I tried taking them off at night, and during the day I felt pain creeping back, so I’m basically wearing them 24/7. Today is Friday. I gave birth Sunday. My nipples felt like they were going to fall off by Tuesday morning and every time my baby wanted to eat I was in pain. I started wearing these for a few hours a day as of Wednesday afternoon and I’m already feeling entirely better! My sore nipples healed almost instantly!

I wore these everyday for 2 months postpartum and thankfully I never had any cracks or blisters from breastfeeding. They are easy to clean and they come with a little pouch to store them in when you aren’t wearing them. I die not notice any tarnishing and I used them a lot! They are cheaper than other brands and they worked great so I’m glad I took a chance on this brand and saved some money.

Didn’t feel like they helped at all. May just be my situation. Not very discreet under clothes. But good quality for a cheaper alternative to 100% silver ones.

These got me through those first few weeks of breastfeeding as a first time mom. They helped so much with my cracked, blistering (yes blisters), and scabbing nipples. These provided so much comfort and helped aide in healing those first few weeks. I don't think I would have made it through without them! They're pricey but oh so worth every penny.

I had high hopes for the Silverette nursing cups, and in many ways, they delivered—at least at first. I purchased them during a challenging time with breastfeeding and pumping, when my nipples were sore, cracked, and extremely sensitive from both nursing and pumping. I found that wearing the Silverettes between sessions truly helped promote healing. They kept the area protected and allowed the skin to recover without constant friction or irritation from fabric.However, after a few days of use, I started noticing a sharp, pinching discomfort around the edges. The rims began to dig into my skin, especially when worn for longer stretches or under a nursing bra. What started as a soothing solution quickly became another source of pain. I found myself caught in a cycle: needing them to heal, but not being able to tolerate wearing them long enough to fully benefit.I really wish the design included a softer or more contoured edge to prevent this. Perhaps some sort of silicone or flexible lining around the rim would make a huge difference. I still appreciate the healing support they provided—but I can no longer wear them comfortably, which defeats their purpose for me.These may work beautifully for others depending on breast shape or fit, but in my case, the edge discomfort became too much to ignore. I’m giving them 3 stars because they do work for healing, but I can’t fully recommend them due to the painful fit.

I would buy these 100x over. Made my nursing journey soooo much better this time around. Just use a little balm and keep them in your bra. They’re durable, easy to clean and comfortable. You should absolutely 100% buy these!
