Careful
I thought these were certified, should have read a little closer, awaiting certification. Eighty feet in the air, switching attach points, and the gate on the carabiner would not close. I swapped to a screw gate carabiner. Was able to get the gate closed with some effort so I could attach to my harness til I was on the ground. SCARY. See attached photos. These appear to be identical to the Favofit carabiner, but the locking pin in the gate of the Storesum is under sized allowing collar to bind at the hinge when the gate is open and a little pressure is applied to the gate. If they fix this problem, and mark the improved model, I would purchase these again. Returning the ones I have.

Light carabiners for light duty while climbing
I have compared the Storesum carabiner to Black Diamond and another similar carabiner I bought on Amazon before. While I have not used these for climbing yet. I have done small raps with similar lockers. The outdoor climbing season has not yet started where I live so I have not been able to test them extensively. They weigh in at 2 oz which is in line with black diamond and another no name brand. I would not hesistate using these in a climbing setup as long as I'm doubling up. The locking mechanism seems sturdy enough. I would love to see these in a stress test and see how they fare based on their claim. Until then I personally would not use one by itself for real climbing situations unless an emergency.

Best carabiners I've ever owned
I've never bought a "high end" carabiner before, because somehow I'd always just end up with free ones that came with other products. These are actually worth the price. They are very well made, and way lighter than cheap, steel ones. The locking mechanism works well, but it's super smooth and easy to use and nothing binds or gets stuck.I'd buy them again for sure.

It's a Carabiner
A different lock mechanism from what I'm used to, but that's my fault for not looking closer. Definitely climber strong. I'm not a climber, though. I use it because I need a heavy duty clip the will hold the dogs when they're on the tether out in the yard. "Key chain" style mechanisms get bent all akimbo when either of the dogs gets excited. These guys aren't going to get bent, which is all I really ask.
