I'm not sure but I have a feeling that this zing may have been too much for. I think the quality is good but I've lowered my dosage to 15.

I believe in this brand and supplements but it’s hard to “detect” efficiency. Like I said, I believe in supplements for health and I hope this one is working to improve immunity.

It's not hard on the stomach, when taking with food. I will buy again and I remember it. Help with healing the skin including cleaning up the skin such as acute acne.

I like the product. Don't like the picture of a bottle with 100 capsules when they are shipping 50. The description found after much scrolling does state qty. 50. Update your pictures!

A doctor suggested this type of Zinc as the normal plain type can make you nauseated
