Band was broken
The watch band was broken didn’t get a chance to wear it for xmas

Item Arrived Opened — Not in New, Factory-Sealed Condition
Tissot is an amazing brand but sadly this product is not new. The seals were broken and the watch didn’t have any of the protective stickers a new one should include. Also the box was dirty and clearly previously manipulated. I am returning this watch.

Broken band on a beautiful watch
The watch arrived today. Super happy with the watch itself, however: 1. While everything was in one package, the watch was wrapped in bubble wrap and outside of the official Tissot box. Odd, but didn’t inspire confidence. 2. While the watch body was flawless and beautiful, one of the band keeper loops was split in half (see pics). Not the end of the world, but very disappointed since it’s a brand new watch. Also made me wonder about the bubble wrap situation. I contacted the seller today, waiting for a response. Requested either a replacement watch or band. If I receive either, this will make for a 5 star rating as the delivery was quicker than expected and if customer service is as good as the delivery time, I’ll be happy. Otherwise the low rating stays. We’ll see I guess.

Admired by all that have seen it, The face catches the light beautifully. I am not sure about the clip on strap. Awkward to fasten and I have found it comes undone sometimes.
