Great Valentine's Day gift from Dad to daughters
I bought 2 of these in the cross pendant style for my 2 girls aged 8 and 6. They both are interested in sea life and love Jesus. So I ordered these expecting that I might be disappointed in the quality but I was very happy and so were they. As another reviewer had posted the opening/prying tool was useless but a kitchen knife or small screwdriver works great! Also I assume these are opened and cleaned then returned to the shell and glued shut. So IF having an all-natural experience is what you want this isn't it. However the point of the lesson of where pearls come from was made and a pretty gift was ensured! Thank you!

It was fun taking out the pearl from the shell. The only thing that I had a problem with was putting the pearl inside the necklace. I am going to put clear nail polish on the pearl holder so that it does not tarnish. A little tip I learned.

A lovely accessory
I absolutely adored the experience of this! I loved the anticipation of what color pearl would be inside and the cross is lovely. I love that it came with an authenticity certificate, I only wish that the type of metal the chain and cross is made of was disclosed, I could not find that information anywhere. I will more than likely be purchasing again in a different pendant.

Tarnishes
I wear this necklace a lot as it is beautiful. However, it began to tarnish quickly and now has that copper color. Other than that, it’s beautiful.
