It was a good quality, they did send the wrong piece but just sent a whole new dresser and said to do whatever if the old one, since they couldn’t send me just the one part!

I purchased two of these at the same time, was skeptical because of some of the reviews. Most of the reviews stated some damage, long amount of time to put together.What I could say, as I had no problems putting it together, but not using the wrench that it came with by using a cordless driver and bought a bit that matched the tool that came with the product, just do not over-tighten. It took me approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours for each set.I did not have any problems following the directions, and did not experience any damage at all. The overall quality of the wood was acceptable.Delivery of the product was three days early. The only dislike that I had with this whole product was the shipping cost, I was hesitant about buying the product because of the delivery cost. Besides that, I would recommend this set if you have young children, and limited space.

There are a lot of pieces to this bed set, and that makes it nice, but the quality is seriously lacking. Areas that weren't painted properly, bent corners. If I could have sent it back, I would have. It's a lot of money for this poor craftsmanship. Took 2 days to build all the pieces, so fair warning!

Great quality bed and was pretty easy to put together. Instructions were easy to read and follow. My 10 year old loves it! Great for small rooms!

Left in street not even on my property FedEx delivery paid 169 $ for shipping . Lousy product does not fit together properly too many of some bolts not enough of others wobbles a lot bolts show no caps to cover them up. Would not recommend to any one .would sent back up I would have to take apart and I am 71 years old hard to left and carry this was very hard to get up on my property then to take apart and rebox nor in my capacity to get this done

I love the whole set my only disappointment is the quality of the "wood". Is not like super cheap but quite bit. We have some damage while we were assembling it and the sturdiness of the bed is not the best but with a lot of precautions we can make it last.The drawer's reels were not line up so the drawers didn't fit properly and my husband had to realign them so that took more time. We spend 4 hours assembling it. The shipping was good but you need to pay for it. In overall I love the concept but not the quality of the materials.

We purchased this for our 5 year old son. He needed an upgrade from his toddler bed. So far everything is sturdy and my son LOVES his new bedroom furniture!Towards the end we thought the desk was missing a wheel. I contacted the seller to ask for a new wheel to be sent. They were more than happy to replace the missing part!I would recommend this company to anyone

This loft bed is exactly what we needed to give our daughter some additional usable space in her small bedroom.
