CA Perfume Amber Rouge Saffron Fragrance Body Oil For Women & Men Roll On 0.33fl oz / 10ml

I found this after looking around on reddit for a fragrance that smelled like pipe tobacco. Growing up, my mother had her father’s old pipes, and I would occasionally sniff them since they smelled so good. I saw a few other Tobacco/Vanilla fragrances with more reviews, but they were way out of my price range, so I went with this brand. When I first opened it and took a whiff, my first opinion was that it smells like ultra-concentrated Old Spice (What Old Spice now calls ‘Classic’ scent). I put a little bit on my neck and wore it to work. For the first couple of hours, it simply smelled like Old Spice, but around lunch time, I began noticing the tobacco smell coming through. It’s wonderful! When I got home that evening, it was still smelling great! The mixture of Old Spice and pipe tobacco is what I’ve always imagined my grandfather smelled like. It’s just a guess, because he died when I was a toddler…from throat cancer brought on by decades of smoking pipe tobacco.

I’ve never got so many compliments on the way I smell since using this. Very strong scent and lasts all day!

I'm looking for an 11 11 dupe as I have a travel spray of it and love it but can't justify spending that much on it as it doesn't really have much of a throw and doesn't last all day like competitors in the same price range do. Everyone here seem to sing strong praises for this, but I don't see it tbh. It smells decent, has a cheapness to the smell in my opinion, but I can see myself using it up quickly just to use it and not buying it again. Now, the baccarat rouge 540 dupe, I can tell it's not spot on, but it's SO SO close in such an amazing way! I like the real version but there's something in it that gives me whiffs of a black liquorice like scent that I absolutely CANNOT stand. So much so that I have never purchased the perfume and have washed samples off my wrist when shopping because I just can't stand this one undertone. My daughter and her boyfriend love it though. Yes, that means I have to endure the smell when they wear it since the throw is so strong. My daughters always wanted one of her own (her bf had a bottle of the real stuff) but I can't bring myself to buy it as she lives at home (17). I decided sure, let's try this, ppl say good things in reviews and it was 9 bucks at the time so no harm in trying. Man oh man, it's perfect. No weird sharp black liquorice smell, but everything else is spot on. The throw and longevity is amazing and I actually like smelling it. The 540 dupe did NOT come with a free sample bottle. But the 11 11 dupe did, which was the 540 dupe. This worked out as now I have my own mini bottle of 540 and my daughter has the big bottle. Will definitely be trying the perfume dupe next for 540. Won't buy 11 11 dupe again. I also purchased the dupe for bright crystal, it comes in tomorrow. Will update my review with that as well. Side note, is there a way to tell which are dupes for which? I have worn acqua di gioia for over 5 years now consistently and love it. My husband says it's 'me'. But the names I can't seem to figure out as there's acqua di gio along with other versions that I don't want to accidentally purchase. Also wondering if there's a Burberry her elixir. I see a Burberry her dupe but I don't like the original, I do like the elixir though. My nose is very picky and I'd totally buy this dupe as well if I knew what exactly to order.

What an amazing scent CA has profiles - This is for my daughter-in-law as it tends to have a youthful scent profile. It opens with a little fruity like mango then you start to smell the jasmine and honeysuckle with are sweet and on the dry down you can smell the vanilla, a very nice scent. This does have a longer scent when worn on clothing and hair we noticed up to about 8 hours. This perfume will be great for everyday wear as well as a night out with friends it also has a little tropical scent going on so nice for the afternoon on a sunny day.

I bought the rollerball size dupes for Love Don’t Be Shy, Baccarat 540, and TF Tobacco Vanille, but there’s not a way to write separate reviews for them so I’ll review all three in one review. First up is LDBS. This dupe definitely did not disappoint. I no longer have the original but know the scent fairly well. I stopped into Sephora a few days ago and sprayed the tester on my pulse points. I was so tempted to purchase at full price but decided I’d wait for the CA dupe to arrive first. So glad I waited because the scents are incredibly similar from the first spray through the dry down. The scent does fade more quickly than I’d like, but that goes for the original and the dupe. It’s much easier to justify to reapply when the dupe is priced so well. I highly recommend this dupe to anyone who loves LDBS or is searching for a marshmallow, floral perfume that’s flirty, warm, sexy, and mysterious. It’s unapologetically feminine. I’ve heard Dossier makes a great dupe but it’s hardly ever available on Amazon. I’m so glad I gave this one a try. 10/10 Now, onto the Baccarat 540 dupe. “WOW” is best word to describe it. Smells amazing from the second you put it on and the scent lingers for several hours. I’ve never splurged on the original but have used a friend’s before. It smells just like what I remember. Even if it smelled nothing like it, this would still be a scent I would adore. I’ll definitely be purchasing again and again. I have several fragrances that I love, but I have a feeling this will be my “go to” for a long time. 10/10 As for the Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, I’ve never smelled the original fragrance so I’m not sure if it’s a good dupe or not. That said, I didn’t like this scent at all. I usually love a sweet tobacco smell. Back to Black by Killian is one of my favorite perfumes and I hoped it would be similar to that. I doubt I’ll ever wear this fragrance. 2/10 for me. For the price, I’m willing to risk that I might have a miss from this brand. I ordered the dupe for Love Don’t Be Shy and am hoping it’s a good match because I love the original scent, but can’t justify the cost right now.

I receive a lot of compliments when I wear this. It's not too strong. It's a beautiful scent.

This is a wonderful sent..received in a timely manner and also sent a gift of another beautiful scent..would definitely buy again..thank you
