But if you'd like to manage phones or tablets outside your home there is our subscription service Circle Go. Can this limit a child's netflix time? we use a roku for netflix.

That said, if multiple folks use Netflix on Roku, it's considered a shared device, so it will be harder to manage the appropriate time for your child.
