This is a good product and it works well.

I usually get Buff Beige in this pressed powder but they were out of stock. I have light skin so I decided to try out the Classic Ivory. I don't wear primer, foundation, concealer...any of that. My makeup ritual, when I wear any at all, consists of powder, mascara, chapstick and a tiny bit of eyeliner. Once in a while I will wear a small amount of eye shadow but it's usually a neutral color and something I don't do often. I want a powder I can wear alone. This has always worked well for me. Obviously this color is a bit lighter than what I usually get but it worked just as well. I don't have to use much and it makes my skin look softer and smoother while giving it a nice glow. It doesn't looked caked or unnatural and it really does help with fine line blurring. I never use the sponges that come with it, preferring a powder brush instead. I workout 5-6 days a week and usually do it right after work. I don't always wash my face first. This doesn't leave my skin feeling heavy or clogged afterwards. I don't carry my makeup (or lack thereof) around with me so I also want something that doesn't leave my face looking shiny and luckily I don't get that with this one. It arrived well packaged and there was no cracks or crumbling. Covergirl Simply Ageless has become *the* pressed powder for me and I love that I have two colors choices in case one is out. If you prefer something light that provides blurring and looks natural, this is it.

The best “fake” makeup I have used for my face. I call it fake because it is not a thick liquid just a thick-ish powder that gives nice coverage. It does not set up in my wrinkles and it lasts almost the whole day. Because it’s fake makeup it lasts for a party, a concert, a dinner, a night out with a friend.

I used Cover Girl's "Simply Powder" for decades as a foundation. I recently discovered this "Simply Ageless" powder and love it even more. Glides on nicely and provides a smooth coverage of any skin imperfections. I am age 61 so maybe as I've aged I need the extra coverage now.

I love the feel it’s like silk, not heavy very light and breathable, the color is perfect I bought fair I am 70 with silver white hair and fair complexion Looks better than my M.N. make up, older ladies know what I’m talking about I put abbreviations. A good price also, try it ladies you won’t be disappointed just pick the color nearest what you usually get. I have noticed some women don’t ever change there color and when your hair and skin get lighter from not as much sun and hair goes natural may time to try a lighter shade for some people not all though. Cons: 1. It seems darker (orangier) than other products of the same shade by Cover Girl. 2. Fine lines under my eyes seem instantly magnified. 3. I need 2 coats to achieve the coverage I’m looking for. (I’m having hormonal acne - yay me!) 4. Not a lot of product in the pan. Pros: 1. Long lasting! Doesn’t require a touch up for at least 8 hours, even while sweating like a whore in church lol! 2. It’s super matte! 3. Does indeed “blur” my smile and parentheses lines, almost looks like a Instagram filter! 4. Comes with its own mirror and application sponge (which provides very even coverage)! 5. Has anti-aging properties that pair well with my skincare and beauty products. Summary: At the current price point it’s worth a try! Everyone’s skin and needs are different and while it’s ok for me, you may love it or hate it, and hey, it’s returnable if it’s the latter.
