Purchased the product to check any error codes on my car to see if there was an easy fix rather than send the car back to the garage to find a large bill for a simple error. The seller addressed all my questions up front with honest answers, which was nice to see.

A great tool for the price. Mine arrived well packaged, new and with all the expected parts and with a few months extra subscription on the software updates on top of the one year of updates I was expecting. Yes, it's NOT a UK model and has no UK based support from Autel UK but I knew that when I ordered it and it is sold for a fair price with that in mind, being much cheaper than equivalent UK models. If you are going to be relying on this for your job then that is something to consider, but if you are using this as an enthusiast to repair your own cars or work on project cars or just want an extra scan tool, then this is the perfect solution. Build quality is good and the software has all the functions I was expecting. I will probably get the BT506 battery tester to use with it in the future but for now I have nothing bad to say about the tool itself. My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that I think it should be more clear about the lack of direct support from Autel UK and the limitations on using a non UK tool to work on FCA and other vehicles with Security Gateway Modules.

Don’t buy it it’s a grey import

What can I say, I’ve only had the scanner for a short period of time but it’s already started to earn its money! Carried out a DPF regen on a Mercedes C250 that Mercedes wanted to fit new DPF so saved a fortune there. The build quality of the device is excellent and what you would expect from a branded company such as Autel. Navigation through the menus is very easy compared to some other makes out there so the home mechanic shouldn’t find it overwhelming but it also has plenty to offer the professional mechanics to. Support is excellent and I have no doubt this will remain so. Each of my enquiries have been responded very quickly and they have given me the answers/solutions to my questions (thank you Anna). One thing to be mindful of when requesting support is the time difference between yourself and where these guys are located. Thanks once again guys

Great value for money one of the best tools I have

This Autel scanner is my second one.I upgraded to the mk906bt because it can test Actuators eg Turbo,swirl flap motor.Im definitely a big fan of Autel as its so simple to use even with basic or even zero computer skills as its simple touch screen follow the steps.This machine does every car going and is a must for any car user or mechanic!

Je suis un indépendant (à titre complémentaire) dans le secteur de l'automobile, je recherchais un outils diagnostique avancé pour remplacer un Delphi , mais je ne comptais pas mettre le prix d'un Guttman ou KTS .... Donc cet Autel MK906 BT (MaxiCom Bluetooth) est un produit authetique, c'est à dire qu'il est officiel aux yeux de Autel.com à tout points de vue, ce qui m'a permis de le mettre directement à jour , le changement de langue est très rapide , un bref mail à Sara Q. qui m'a répondu dans les 5 minutes pour la procédure en cours et l'appareil était déverrouillé même pas 1 heure après . J'ai hâte de travailler avec cet outil, notez , je travaille déjà avec les produits Autel pour les capteurs TPMS qui sont très efficaces également .
