I should imagine it should be just fine as it is suitable for much higher temps than your oven is ever likely to reach.

Could this we used around a wood fired stove pipe to replace loft insulation

If you mean around chimney flue - that's probably would be the best solution as this insulation works very well against high temperature exposed places

How big is the products?

1.0 x 0.6 m is what I ordered and that is what I received. And 20 mm thick. May get compressed during packaging.
