I’m 5”5 and 134 lbs. My waist size is 32 and my hip size is 46. Would this work for me?

No it won't stretch. My hip size is 44 and I could not get it on at all over my rump and hips. I put it on over my head and the built in slip will not pull down over my hips. I'm disappointed since it advertises a stretchy waist up to 44", but considering just slitting the slip or removing it completely because I plan to wear it with opaque tights anyways. The rest of the petticoat is nice.
