Does not leak, took to Asia and had a cold monster or red bull at all times, good for teas and coffees too. Very easily cleaned, the lid comes apart in 5 easily dissembled & assembled pieces, the flask itself is easily cleaned too.

Definitely does what they say it will do in the description. Hot drinks definitely stays hot

As always Klean Kanteen are excellent and they keep product hotter for longer than any others. I have 3 of their flasks and they really do keep contents hot for 24 hours. The reason I marked this down a little is because you must close the drinking hole cover fully for it to work well and it is a little stiff. This can be an issue if driving as you really just want to pick up the flask and drink. The other issue is opening the flask to clean and fill. It is very tight and the metal ring is not fastened strong enough to be able to twist the top off, the ring comes away from the flask. It really needs to be fixed on better. It is a bugbear but I have found that if you don't put the top on all the way tight and use a towel or something to grip the top on removal you won't have have a problem. If you have week wrists or little strength in your wrists then it may not be suitable for you. Apart from that I would highly recommend it. I use mine daily and I no longer throw away cold tea or coffee.

Initially I thought was great. Well packaged, clean lines, strong handle. Having had it for a few months now I realise its not nice to drink out of. You seal the bottle by turning the black cap on the black base. Sometimes you don't notice you haven't done this, and 4 times I have had the contents of the bottle in the bottom of my bag. I have just fallen out of love with it.

Did a lot of research trying to find the ultimate bottle that wouldn't leak. For £30+ I thought this would have been a lot better than it was. It has quite a complex lid which is 4 parts for cleaning and sits quite deep in the bottle so takes up some liquid space, after all that it still leaks. Had tossed it in my bag and found a small puddle. The quality of the actual flask is nice and chunky but this TKWide Lid is rubbish. Personally I'd go for the 'Bottle Bottle' flask at under £20 its far better for your money.

For the price I paid on this mug, claiming that it will hold your beverage hot in 14 hours is a complete lie. It can only keep your hot beverage in 4 hours, instead of 14 hours that they claim, false advertisement. My poor, old little thermos that I dropped accidentally on the floor many times, yet it keeps my hot drinks for 6 ours and still warm until the next morning. Hmm!

I quite like this bottle. I bought this in the 16 oz size and i maybe should have gone larger, as i really like the design. I use this one for coffee, though If it were larger i would keep water in it. The thing I like about this over others in the Kleen Kanteen range is the lip and threading. The classic bottles have threading on the outside of the lip of the bottle with a cap which screws over the lip, clamping its edge against a gasket. I have come to find this design prone to leaks if the gasket isn't properly seated. The TKWide range just doesn't have this problem. The threading is on the inside, low, under the lip of the bottle and the cap screws into it with a simple o ring. I'm not a huge fan of the "cafe cap" but i just remove it and drink from the lip of the bottle which is itself quite comfortable. It's kleer that kleen kanteen designed this bottle to work in exactly this way, as the lip of the bottle is the most comfortable of any i've ever encountered to drink from and they even make an assortment of different caps for this line with different features. I'm considering getting the simple steel loop or bamboo cap to eliminate all remaining unnecessary parts. The user experience drinking from the bottle with cap removed is similar to drinking from a tall glass tumbler. The threading is recessed from the lip and doesn't interfere with drinking at all.. I also like that the 'cafe cap' is easily disassembled.. I hate cleaning these things, once a few weeks of coffee residue gets on them. I've dropped this bottle twice and it has a dent now, but nothing severe. I find it well made and well engineered and though, in my head at least, this bottle rivals the yeti ramblers which are similar, its about half of the price or less.
