I bought this for my elderly mother. It is perfect, not too big, not too small. Easily carried from table to desk, numbers are easy to read. I would purchase again if the need arose.

This calculator is a nice size, good buttons, works well. I like that it has a solar powered battery, though I do wish it had an off button so I could turn it off immediately when done instead of waiting for it to shut off by itself (that said, it is nice that it will shut off by itself eventually). Good value for the price. It is lightweight, but doesn't feel flimsy.

Works flawlessly. The display is crisp and clear, very easy to read. Keypads are large, easy to see and feel, making for easy entry.

Got 2 at a good price. I like that they are battery operated. But uses 2 1.5V round batteries. Will be a pain to change. Prefer a simple AA battery. But in the long run that is just a minor detail. Has an on switch, but no off switch. Hate that. Goes off automatically if not in use for several minutes. But the price was so cheap and review were good, I relented and bought them. By the way, the secret to using reviews is: Don't consider the overall average too much. Catches your eye and May say 4.6, Those could be old reviews. Go to all review and all stars, click most recent reviews. If you are seeing 4 and 5 review you may have a good product. But if you keep seeing 1 and 2 reviews with the same complaint. That product may no longer be the product it use to be. Look at what current reviews have to say. Anything past 6 months is history. May give you some insight on what you are purchasing and how to use. But you are in the buying the best you can find mode. I do Not rush out and do a lot of reviews. When I do, it is because I find the item uniquely different and needs a mention or are bad and people should be advised to avoid. For an inexpensive calculator, and you get 2, This Catiga is a good buy. Got 4 stars because it is a good calculator. 5 stars reserved for an item that for me is perfect. When I find my perfect calculator, which will have a plug and print paper, I will buy it when it is on sale. However, for a simple and basic calculator this will meet your needs.

I had a small type one like this one but I was getting harder to use unless I hunted up my reading glasses so figured with the low price on this one lets try it. So happy with it and its large enough that I can use it easy with no need for glasses. Love that it uses solar to charge the battery and owned 1 near lie it awhile back and It lasted years and years just letting it sit near a window to keep it charged good. Very happy with the seller and the product, Great price, with solar charging batter it will last years, perfect size with large buttons easy to see and hit with the finger.

Everything as expected with this calculator ... good, simple functions, large buttons and display window. We've not had it long enough for providing a review on battery life but I'm certain is will last long.

The screen is massive and tilted at the perfect angle, so I don't have to lean over or squint to see the numbers even when the lighting in my office isn't great. This is a review of the following item: "Desktop Calculator 12 Digit with Large LCD Display and Sensitive Button, Solar and Battery Dual Power, Standard Function for Office, Home, School, CD-2786 (Blue)" It's exceedingly rare that I upload a negative customer review for any product which I purchase on Amazon.ca. However, I felt "ethically" compelled to do so in this particular instance. This calculator was purchased for my own use in the (finance) company where I work. The cost was fully covered by my employer. After two months of regular daily use, calculator's performance remains acceptable. The (blue) calculator received from Amazon was a "Catiga Two-Power Calculator" Model CD-2786-12, which - of course - was manufactured in China. The Amazon delivery was notably swift. The calculator is as advertised (e.g., large tilted LCD display screen, large buttons, etc.) and seems to work properly and charges both quickly and efficiently using the small integrated solar cells. Though, it's certainly not a high-quality product - with a flimsy plastic housing and buttons. To my utter bewilderment, enclosed in the package upon arrival was a small invoice specifying a total dollar value of $9.99. Yet, as advertised on Amazon at the time, I was charged $36.81, plus tax. Let me be abundantly clear, this calculator is NOT worth the advertised price. If you search on the websites of other Canadian vendors, such as Staples, BestBuy, Walmart, etc., you will quickly discover better products at a FRACTION of the price charged by this seller on Amazon. Caveat emptor!
