Greenworks products are FANTASTIC.
Greenworks makes incredible, environmentally compatible products. Wanted an extra battery for the leaf blower I bought in 2016, so I could work longer. Perfect!

When it comes to power tools, the Chinese (designed) ones cannot keep up with American ones
Update (12/4/22): additional observation between the dual and single port chargers; the dual has active cooling (fan runs during charging), whereas the single is passive only (no fan). The single port does get warmer than ambient, but the dual is no warmer than ambient. Based on that, highly recommended spending a little extra for the dual charger, as the lower temp is better for both the battery being charged, and more so for the charger. Summary: Greenworks brand was founded in the USA in 2009 (but this tool is made in China). My go to power tool brand is Milwaukee, M12 and M18 Fuel, so I'll be making some comparison there. For Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE), my go to brand is Ego 56V. Also Vine reviewed the other Greenworks tools below. Adding three tools which I purchased to this review: Hammer Drill (tool ONLY), charger (dual-port), 13" string trimmer. Observations: Right off the bat, Greenworks is not quite as good as Milwaukee in my opinion. GW does have a 80V line, which is very competitive and comparable to the Ego 56V line. I have been a diehard Milwaukee fan, so I ordered this to evaluate the Greenworks 24V offering. Overall, I am impressed with the overall fit & finish. Both Milwaukee and Greenworks are head and shoulders over the Chinese lithium offerings, especially when it comes to raw power. Some of the higher power (amperage) draw tools offer both a 4.0AH and 2.0AH offering; if that is true, then I would spend the money for the larger battery as it costs less when bought in the combo sets (e.g. SDS drill, 1/2" impact, angle grinder, etc.). The heat gun is another that really requires the 4.0AH battery. Observations (NEW ADDS): 1) The hammer drill has an overall 3.8 star rating, so I'll be doing additional testing to test/check the hammer drill function. In initial testing, I can turn the clutch setting to the lower 1/3 settings, and hold and force the clutch to engage; so possible that the clutch is disengaging too soon. 2) The dual-port charger I bought specifically, and instead of the single port charger because of the higher charging power. If you charge a single 4.0AH, it is pretty quick (about an hour), and if you put two batteries on there, then the time will double (half the power). Overall, the slower you charge any battery, the better off (and safer) it generally is. Lithium also should be stored at 30-50% for best longevity. 3) Decided to add the 13" trimmer because I wanted a lighter trimmer than my 15" Ego 56V, and this 13" GW 24V fits the task nicely. Good for quick touch ups, and when going up/down steep hills. This trimmer does need the 4.0AH vs. the 2.0AH for serious trimming sessions. The variable trigger works well to preserve battery life, and control the amount being cut. Recommendations: These power tools really make economic sense when you can get multiple tools with the same battery. When I first got into power tools, I did months of research, and ended up going with Milwaukee. However, the Greenworks 24V line would be more than sufficient for the average homeowner's project needs, especially given the wide range of available tools. Pros: Extensive family of tools (individual pros/cons/conclusion below). Cons: Less popular than Milwaukee (individual pros/cons/conclusion below). Conclusion: Overall, I rate most of the 24V GW line at 5-stars (but there are a few exceptions listed below) Recommending it, especially if you're adding to an existing Greenworks 24 volt collection. great battery for a cordless vacuum cleaner
I purchased a Bissell last April. The battery did not last that long. I was constantly having to recharge it. Which got frustrating. I decided to try the Greenworks batteries for my Bissell. It was a good decision! Now I have three batteries for my Bissell vacuum cleaner. The Greenwork batteries last longer than the Bissell battery. They don't take as long to charge. They go into the units easily and work well. And the Bissell battery will charge on the same unit as the Greenworks. If you have a Bissell cordless vacuum cleaner you need to purchase the Greenworks battery system. You will thank yourself later!

Good Battery
I bought two additional batteries to have on hand for my battery powered lawn mower. They have a lot of power. I use two in my lawnmower and it cuts a large sized yard. Two batteries will give you 45 minutes of run time. If grass is really tall you won't get that same run time or if you are mulching lots of things in yard, like pinecones or small sticks. Best to have extra batteries on hand because it takes hours to recharge batteries fully. You can check to see how much charge is in each battery by the gauge on the battery. These are multi-use batteries. They have UBS port so can be used as a power bank also. They are a little costly, but they are large batteries. No trouble charging and they discharge very slowly. After 5 months when the need to start using my lawnmower again, the batteries didn't need to be charged they were still fully charged.

Ever so slight improvement or seems
Does seem to put out a slight bit more power. Not really noticeable. They do last a bit longer also. I'll have to mow a few more times to get a handle on it though. Not a routine changer but a hair bit better. Still takes a couple hours to charge.

Good battery
Good battery - Not a knock off. Lasts a relatively long time.
