Good old filters
I was worried as I received thin, slimy ones last time. These are the old version with plastic back side. Please don't change them.

Quality issues
I had been consistently buying these over the past year. However last when I purchased in August, have had mold issues with 4 of them. Mold and dirt and debris showed up in literally 48 hours. Couldn’t even return as the window for that closed. Pity as it was money wasted.

Better Off Buying the Pack of 3
I bought the pack of 5 because the cats love the fountain and I figured buying for 5-months is better than buying for 3. It turns out 3 of the 5 filters were damaged and the golden coloured sand was leaking everywhere which obviously can't be used so had to bin them. Rather buy a 3-pack and minimise the risk because this is being imported so damage is likely.

I always buy this item and no problem except the last time i chage the filter every week it give like mold and dust with the water dirty now my cat has problem with redness and lossing hair REALLY BAD

Rip off product
What a disappointment. This is a rip off. You advertise the original product and then provide some rip of cheap brand. You should be ashamed of yourself with the false advertising. You deserve no stars!
