This is one of the best shelving kits I've ever seen! The instructions and videos facilitate easy timely installation. The components are sturdy and all essential hardware is included. Look great. Works even better! Highly recommend.

Purchased a shelf with two free floating ends to hang up a bunch of heavy clothing that had previously pull shelves out of the wall. This shelf had held strong for the last 6 months with even more weight just fine. Detailed instructions with photos.. Comes with wall stencils and QR codes to helpful installation videos. The company has a lot of other customization options, too. Very sturdy and well designed. If I had to build a custom closet, I would pick this brand.

Big upgrade from the typical wire shelves. Easy to assemble with good instructions. Looks neat and is very functional. Yes, it is a bit expensive but worth it.

I've been looking for some time a closet rod and shelf. The closets that needed a rod and shelf are almost 6 feet wide, so I was leery about most of the products out there - I've seen so many that just sag in the middle and can't really handle a "full" closet of clothes. I ordered two of the EZ Shelf expandable close shelves and couldn't be happier. It took less than 20 minutes to install and they turned out better than I expected. The instructions that come with the product are easy to understand. All of the hardware necessary comes with the product. This is not a cheap plastic product. I was worried about the expandable tubes because I'd see so many that really have not strength once you extend them. This is not the case with this product. Everything about this product is well made. When I ordered this product there was a problem with the shipping information as I was having it shipped to my mother-in-law's house in Puerto Rico. Within 24 hours of ordering the product I received an e-mail from the company asking for clarification of the address. After I gave them updated information, I received another e-mail letting me know that my product had been delivered to the post office. The customer service of the company is top notch! If you've been looking for something to organize your closet for a while and just haven't found what you're looking for, I highly recommend this product.

I ordered a system that required two long shelf’s (Top & Bottom) for the back wall - and the same for the two shorter ends of the closet. After checking the packing list for each box, all parts appeared to be accounted for. The install was very easy - and the company’s installation video made things even easier. However, as I approached the end of my installation, it became apparent that I came up several pieces short. I contacted Dave 1-2 days before Christmas about the problem. I got a response from my initial contact within 10 minutes and after confirming what I needed, he sent the package out in less than 24 hours - despite the holiday. I received the package about 4 days later. The response I got was not only quick, but there were no questions asked, and no charge for what was missing. In this day and age, there are not many companies that care about their customers like Dave, and the good folks at EZ Shelf. The big companies out there could learn a lot regarding customer service from small businesses like this one. Well done Dave - and all your employees that made my experience a very pleasant one !
