I believe that this compound has essentially eliminated my knee pain. I have been taking Osteo Bi-flex for quite some time for joint pain--I am 63. The story behind the Osteo-B is that I had been complaining to my wife about pain and she recommended I try it. Within three days I experienced a significant, noticeable improvement. When I finished the bottle I stopped taking it and after three days I felt like someone had beaten me with a bag of oranges! Needless to say that I got back on it in a hurry. About four months ago I began experiencing pain in my right knee. I had not experienced an injury and could find no reason for the pain, which was aggravated by running. My doctor suggested an injection, which I declined. I then went to a chiropractor and was put through a regimen of exercise and stretching--no joy. I then read a scientific study that had evaluated a series of treatments for arthritic pain. Glucosamine/Chondrotin (Osteo Bi-flex) was indicated for general joint relief, but not knee pain. The supplement they recommended for knee pain was Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables. When I sought this out I came across the Arthocen 300 Joint Health product AND IT HAS WORKED LIKE MAGIC! I do not know why it targets the knee, and I do not think medical science does either, but it just works. I can run without pain and am a happy camper.

I purchased bottle of Arthrocen Joint Health Avocado Supplement (300Mg) because I was real tired of my trick left-shoulder which really ached. Also, my right-hand thumb joint had been hurting for years. Typical old-guy issues. The price was not high for the bottle so -- why not? I've taken almost all the bottle and will order more because -- voila'! -- my shoulder is just fine now! No pain! My thumb-joint still aches but nothing like before. I can actually grab tight the bars and grab-handles at the gym! Besides we can never get enough avocados, right? Recommended.

I have hereditary OA in my knee. Supplements, physical therapy, shots, followed by more expensive shots then more PT didn't work for me. Tried the Costco supplement and it made things worse. I could barely get out of bed in the morning without deep pain, and no longer could enjoy hiking everyday. I wanted my life back. I suffered & looked for a solution for over 4 years. My ortho said next step/last resort is surgery. Yeah...no. I was desperate for relief. Went online, did research and read about avocado soy unsaponifiables on the Mayo Clinic website. Ordered this product, thinking I have nothing to lose & vowed to give it time to work. Only 10 days later, yes 10, I felt so much better! I have been taking Arthrocen everyday for over 2 years first thing in the morning...I am like a new person. I hike everyday, stretch, workout, and have no pain most days...a few days very little pain, but I can still exercise with no discomfort. Best of all...no surgery! Be patient and give this time to work for you. I was lucky after 10 days. This supplement rules. I have my life back thanks to Arthrocen!!!

I've used this for more than 3 months and can't honestly say whether it's helping or not. My joint pain still comes and goes and I haven't been able to pinpoint cause/effect, but assume it is related in some way to combination of diet and exercise. I can't say that on balance, things are better now than they were before I started taking these capsules. I can say that if you want to try ASU, this seems to be a good product to try as it's 300 mg in a single capsule. Some of the other products require two capsules to get the same dose, which means a higher per-day or per-mg cost.
