Ordered this for more intricate cutting. The blade is real sharp. The handle is comfortable to hold. The blade cover easy to work. I like the spare blade storage option in the handle. Just need to order spare blades. This is a cute size to work with.

As I am about to start a large sewing project I ordered a bigger rotary cutter. It is fabulous and in case I need it I also ordered a spare blade. This cutter is easy to use, super sharp and was a great price. Very pleased.

great for cutting material

Bought to cut curves with slotted ruler. It felt flimsy and not as easy to use as a 45 rotary. Looked good but felt the cutting action was not as smooth as my other rotary cutters.

Once you get the hang of it, this is really useful for cutting a long straight line of fabric. You DO need a good cutting board/mat underneath the fabric fir this to work well.

I have now had this for a few months so feel it has had a good work out. I purchased 45mm (already have Olfa 60 mm). The unit is reasonably comfortable. I did not find the blade it comes with especially sharp, and have changed it. I realuse it doesn't matter what blade comes with, you will be changing it anyway after a short while). It was easy to change. The one thing I don't like is the "switch" to move the guard. I find it very stiff. Not easy to use with just one thumb. It has got a tiny bit easier, but still very stiff. For this reason I would not buy another one. Disappointing as I have several other Quikted Bear products.

Good sturdy cutter that can easily be used right or left-handed which is an important feature for me as I cut using either hand.

I am very impressed with this rotary cutter. I do like the handle for cutting smaller pieces. This price is excellent 20 euro and you get spare blades. You do need to be on the ball with obviously its not as supported as the ergonomic ones but its super sharp and light. Highly recommend this amd pair it with a rotating mat for quilting cutting.

Ich hab den Rollschneider gerade erst wieder benutzt, um einen kleinen Hundemantel zu nähen und muss sagen, er sehr scharf. Schneidet Stoff sehr sauber und zuverlässig, bei so manchem dickeren Stoff muss man schon mit etwas Druck 2-3 mal drüber, aber dünne Stoffe gehen wie Butter. Gerade bei längeren Schnitten macht das echt einen Unterschied. Ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, eine Schneidmatte drunter zu legen, allein schon um die Klinge zu schonen. So läuft er am besten und gleitet richtig gut über den Stoff. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Der Sicherheitshebel hat heute einmal kurz geklemmt, ging dann aber wieder. War jetzt kein Drama, ist mir aber aufgefallen. Abgesehen davon bin ich sehr zufrieden. Liegt gut in der Hand, schneidet top und macht insgesamt einen sehr soliden Eindruck.
