It says on the package that the tea is organic without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides whatsoever.

Q: Where is the best before date? I purchasd this last year and theres no date on the pack?

When we ship from Japan to Amazon's warehouse, we affix the product description, drinking directions, and nutritional information in English on the back of the package. The expiration date is also affixed below it. Perhaps the sticker was removed during transportation. We apologize for the inconvenience. The expiration date is one year from the date of manufacture. Therefore, it will be almost one year from the date of purchase as well.

Q: How much do I use not sure how to measure 3 grams in a spoonful?

I've never measure just use an instinct. One teaspoon-full and small cup works for me. Just try first and adjust to your liking.
