To me: Best Product on the Market for the Home Baker.
It comes without the electronic gadgets, which are mostly unneccessary. It simply works very well and BEST OF ALL it is made from Stainless Steel!! It assembles and disassembles easy, it cleans completely just with a hot water shower without without having to worry about rust. It has one of the most powerful motors inside with 700 Watt and it has not bogged down at full load, running on a sufficient #1 position. All the coupling ports for Blender, Meat Grinder etc, all together three (3) are beautifully hidden by covers giving the Design Engineer a big "Atta boy". Everything looks fresh, clean and you can tell someone put in a lot of thought and all efforts at the complete unit were done to make this the pride of a very great designer. The up and down head tilt movement is very simply done and it operates on extremely smooth and precise movements. to me it is the BEST UNIT ON THE MARKET!! - CONGRATULATIONS TO A JOB WELL DONE.

Very nice machine
While I had initial reservations about this machine after finding out that it was not European-made, I am happy to write that KMC011 mixer is of outstanding quality. First of all the machine is just the right size and weight, fits perfectly on the counter under cabinets and looks very elegant. So far it works without a flaw - smooth, easy speed adjustments, perfect fit of all the accessaries (no scraping of the bowl), quiet etc. My wife loves that it is easy to use - the bowl is super light to lift, easy to clean, just like real stainless steel tools that came with the machine. Clever design of side blowing motor cooling air. Tried meat grinder and it is excellent as well. With the 5 year motor warranty it's is a keeper.

The best
Went for this over the KitchenAid and LOVE IT. The motor isn't crazy loud - you can have a comfortable convo over it. The scraper attachment works beautifully so no worrying about scraping the bowl down for batters, and I've found if you mix the ingredients a bit and then use the dough hook it brings together beautiful doughs in no time. (Many recipes have you use the dough hook to mix, but that never seemed to work for me; however, a few stirs before using the hook made all the difference.) Auto-shutoff came in handy during Thanksgiving, and gave our guy a nice lil break without harshing our schedule. Croissant dough, bagel dough, panettone - all quite difficult by hand and now make multiple batches through the week. LOVE IT SO MUCH 2024 Update: Everything above. I've often found doughs need less time than the recipe calls for, especially if the recipe reference is a KitchenAid. Rarely go past speed 2, but when I do works great (and fast)! Whipped cream, pasta, cookies, double batches of bread, etc - all easy and quick. Every time I use this machine, I think about how much I love it - particularly after years baking by hand. The attachments are hard to find in the US, but the machine is beyond stellar!

the power cord is ridiculously short
This is the same as my 10 y.o. unit branded as Cuisinart (which is different than the current Cuisinarts. I've loved it and it has served me well . . . I'm a very frequent user. Additionally I liked the shorter profile, powerful motor, attachments, etc. I was even thrilled that my Cuisinart bowls and attachments would work! Alas the power cord is (a) very short and (b) comes out of the left side of the unit rather than the back. It won't reach the outlet as my Cuisinart did so sadly, it's going back.

... and I must say that this product is much better. It's really worth extra money You have to ...
I used to owned Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer and I must say that this product is much better. It's really worth extra money You have to pay for it but if You'll be able to get it on sale it makes it not that much more expensive than Kitchen Aid. It's more quiet, works smoother and You can really feel the power of it. The quality of attachments is also much better than Kitchen Aid. My only complain would be that not all attachments are easily available in US. I was lucky to get Food Processor attachment on ebay at very good price only because someone got it at some kind of presentation and didn't need it. Now my friend is looking for one and it looks that she'll have to get it from Europe because it's unavailable on Amazon.

Terrific. Love it. I thought my Kitchen Aid was good but this is so much better
For much of my adult life I have had a Kitchen Aid and have always been told it was the best. I now make all my own bread and this is SO much better. The dough doesn't crawl up the shaft. It does not overheat. It is much easier to clean. A much smaller profile on the counter. More expensive but worth every penny. My granddaughter will enjoy my old Kitchen Aid. It is still a great mixer but not nearly as good as my new Kenwood.

High-quality but expensive
It's expensive but with supreme quality. Saves me lots of time kneading dough. But it's hard to remove the rubber beater, while the rest of accessories aren't.

Silent and powerful
When I moved to the USA from Europe where I had a Kenwood, I bought a top of the line Kitchen Aid. I had it for about 4 years. Each year my husband had to take it apart to change the worm gear. Although it was a bigger motor it headed up and shredded the worm gear. So somehow I found that I could get a Kenwood in the USA. It's so quiet, and smaller in size but not in capacity. Got it with the blender, and the food processor. I am so pleased with it! And it looks so nice on my kitchen counter!

Yes it’s not easy to find accessories or replacement parts, and it’s not a common item outside the UK. But the power and durability completely outweigh such concerns. I have been using mine quite often for over 3 years and it makes such a difference in everything I use it for. I have used it to make many kinds of bread (of course) and it just powers through even the heaviest dough. My waffle recipe that I have been tweaking for 15 years was taken to a whole new level of perfection. Pizza dough? No problem. Meringue? Professional quality. It’s even been used to make pie crust, although I think a food processor does a somewhat better job than any stand mixer. I bought it because it seems to have the most powerful motor (700W) of any domestic stand mixer on the market. And it looks elegant and simple. It’s really heavy, which helps keep it stable when kneading bread dough on the highest speed, but you must still hang on to it in this situation since it tends to dance around on the counter. Yesterday, I was making bread dough and briefly shifted my attention to an urgent situation outside the kitchen. Sadly and predictably, the mixer flung itself off the counter and crashed to the tile floor. At first I thought I had foolishly ruined a very expensive and important piece of equipment. Not to mention a good batch of bread dough. To my surprise, I was able to pick the machine up, put the scattered bits back together and finish the dough. The machine suffered one tiny knick on the corner of the top and the plastic retainer for the cover on the front power takeoff was damaged. I had to use a bit of tape instead to hold it in place. When I say it’s built like a tank, I can substantiate that very convincingly. However as with any appliance, one must NEVER leave it unattended. I now am certain this is one of the best buys I have ever made for my kitchen.

Do not waste your money on this product. We were appealing by power and design, and we read and watched videos on youtube recommending on this product. Orderred, and tried to make breads for family. But we are very disappointed with this. It was at level 3 (6 max), but it is shaking….a lot, so we could not put on the table. See my video before buying it.

What a great mixer, should've bought it years ago! Better motor, quiet and creams butter amazingly! This is replacing our KitchenAid mixer
