Polare 17.3 Inch Full Grain Leather Backpack for Men and Women Multi Pockets Business Travel Laptop Rucksack (Brown)

This is a well made backpack. Quality and workmanship are superb, as I have grown to expect from Polare. I am a repeat customer, already owning nearly a half dozen of their items. None is better in terms of leather goods. The pack is small and light-weight enough to serve as a personal item, in addition to carry-on, on a plane ride. The sleeve in the back of the pack to slide over your extended carry-on handle is very practical and clever. Your luggage stays together - one less item to keep track off, frees up your arms for other things. Plenty of pockets - 4 small external, two main compartments, internal zipper pocket, padded computer sleeve, plus additional sleeves (I am counting 7 additional internal, one external, plus addt’l business card sleeves) to keep you organized, and key items (passport, etc) secure inside the main compartments. However, I ordered the light brown version. This looks quite a bit darker (see image). As so often, it seems the online images don’t reproduce the coloring accurately. I would update the imaging on the Polare product site. Lighter color would have been better. However, this is far outweighed by the top quality and smart design of this backpack. Ideal for work & business travel. Recommend. Update Sep. 2024: color has been corrected in latest vendor images. Overall backpack is very functional and holding up well

This seems to be a very well made bag with lots of pockets. All of the main part of the bag is leather and it not only looks great but it seems to be very sturdy. I should note that I have not used it. The item was delivered very promptly to Australia. The item is not cheap but is IMO a reasonable price for the quality of materials and its size, and its price compares well with other similar and even smaller products of this kind .

This is a large, well-constructed leather backpack. I can get it to fit under airline seats, but without room to spare. It is significantly heavier than canvas, as expected, but that is because the leather is quite thick, which mean that the backpack should be super durable (the stitching is heavy duty too), as long as the zippers hold out. And the zippers mean business--not the flimsy, light-gauge stuff I've had on cheaper backpacks, although even good zippers can go bad, so fingers crossed. This is not an inexpensive product, but after using it for a couple of months, I can say that this is one of those times when you get what you pay for.

Beautiful looking backpack, top notch quality leather and stitching, very spacious main compartments (2), including a lined sleeve for electronics (fit both my MacBook 16" as well as my iPad 12" Pro). Lots of options for organizing, both outside (4 external zippered pockets) and plenty of internal separators. But ... I wound up returning it, for 1 key reason (and the reason for marking down 1 star). The leather shoulder straps are very wide and firm, and thus I found it very uncomfortable to wear - they cut into my chest / biceps / armpit area.

This bag is sturdy, beautiful and has a massive amount of storage space. This is bag that will last a lifetime.

I was really surprised at how great this bag is. I get compliments whenever I wear it. Every feature from zippers to stitching to straps is thoughtful. The fat straps are really comfortable and the nylon that connects them is super strong and nice to the touch. Real craftsmen had a hand in the design and construction, and that fact is very clear. The only thing I wanted on it was an elastic/net water bottle holder on the side, but it looks better without it, and the front bottom pouches unzip and hold water bottles just fine, it's just not an easy grab while both straps are on.

We own a couple of Polare items, and based on reviews, wanted to give this unique stylish laptop backpack a try as well. Same great Polare quality (real leather) as usual, and it will easily hold a large laptop plus any number of accessories, books, binders etc. Great for commuting and college/uni. we weren't quite sure if the leather as treated is at risk of somewhat rubbing of on white coat, so reached out to Polare customer service via their website, and they responded in literally no time and had us covered /equipped with leather honey. Great experience.

the old adage of "you get what you pay for". I was considering a Chinese made version, glad I went with the Polare This backpack is quality and craftsmanship as soon as you pick it up. Zippers are really good and smooth. Surprised at how fast it was delivered to Brisbane Australia from US of A. Wife is impressed and want to buy other bags in their range.

Excellent qualite

I bought this product yesterday. The leather looks like a quality one. the zippers and stitches are nicely done. it is a big pack and I am a bit surprised. Yet, I could not find a better good-looking backpack for my 17 laptops. Overall, I feel that it is worth the price. I will try to update this review as time goes by.

Very well made. Looks sharp. Holds everything we needed as a carry on for recent travel.
