Left my hair feeling in good condition. I dropped a star because the nozzle is to thin so the cream does not come out but no problem I just cut the nozzle off.

Lots of faff!!
Weirdly, you have to mix an amount of colourant and accelerate in a bowl depending on hair length. Make sure you have a bowl handy youre happy using for hair dye!! Markings aren't clear on the colourant tube at all so really could only guess! Not ideal, ordered incorrect one annoying but carried on any way. Will await the result in 35 mins!
