I love that these vitamins are plant based! They are small gel capsules, which makes them easy to swallow.

i need to take vitamin E or my hands get cracked and dry in the winter, and this is basically the ONLY pill i've found that's vegetarian, has a significant amount of vitamin e, AND doesn't taste/smell horrible. highly recommend!

This Vitamin E supplement has really helped me! I have noticed a huge difference in how I feel, more energy and my skin is way better, I am usually always dehydrated and dry skin even though I drink a ton of water but since taking this supplement my skin has really improved, my energy is better and my hair isn't as dry. I will keep taking one a day and I like that it's a very clean supplement.
