I have been using this produce for years, under the previous name of Aqua Glycolic. My Dermatologist told me to start using the facial cleanser and tone. Theses products make my skin look and feel smooth and have kept down the wrinkles. I would recommend for anyone to try these products. I have found the only place you can get them is through Amazon, since the name change.

I have used Aqua Glycolic on a daily basis for the past 15+ years, and I loved it. I was a little worried about this newer version, due to other reviews, but so far I haven't seen any difference. The color is lighter (looks about the same in the bottle, but when you put it on a cotton pad, it looks clear). But my skin doesn't have any ill effect. I had used Aqua Glycolic because my skin is a weird combination of dry, flakey patches on top of extremely oily, acne prone skin. It's gross. Aqua Glycolic kept the dry patches and acne at bay. This new version so far seems to still do that (I've been using it now for the past couple weeks or so), so I'm good!

Been using this for months and will continue to as long as they make it! I've always struggled with higher pigmentation, dark circles, enlarge pores, & combination to oily skin. This toner has shrunk and minimized my acne scars and is toning out my skin beautifully. It has played a mayor part in my skincare routine. Plus I love how the bottle is leakproof, & you only need a little. I purchased this bottle in February and still haven't hit half way and I use this twice a day along with Bioderma Sebium it's water based and feels very hydrating. I recommend this to those struggling to find something for their sensitive skin.

I have combination skin and have been using this toner for almost 10 years. I saw a lot of people commenting on how the company changed the formula which uses less glycolic acid than before. Personally, I thought the old formula was way too strong and would burn if I had too many breakouts. It also made my face feel like it was on fire when I would sweat. I probably use this toner every other day and it cleared up a lot of the breakouts that I was getting on my neck/under the chin. The downside was that it took a week or two to see any results. Now people say my skin glows with even with barely any make up on.

I've used Aqua Glycolic toner for years and it does wonders for my skin. I tried purchasing it again, only to find this one by Maderma, and it states on the bottle that it is formally Aqua Glycolic. I really hate when my tried and true products get discontinued or have their formula changed!!! In comparing the bottles, I notice this version has less Glycolic Acid and more Ammonium Glycolate (synthetic version of Glycolic Acid). In a month I should be able to tell if this product is as good as Aqua Glycolic. Hopefully the change in formula will still be as effective as the original Aqua Glycolic so I can give it a five stars. 12-11-18. Here’s my update. It has a prestigious name now but it is not Aqua Glycolic. For some reason, this product makes my skin red, unlike the real deal. If Mederma states that it’s formerly Aqua Glycolic, they should NOT have changed the formula. Are they doing what many other companies do now, which is make their product as cheaply as possible, so they can make more profit? I can’t tell you how many wonderful products I used that changed bcs the company decided to add more water, fillers or less effective ingredients to save on production costs. I used to use Aqua Glycolic almost every day, and it had 10% real glycolic acid. This Mederma product I only use once a week or two, due to it’s harshness on my skin.
