There are numerous reasons to take Vitamin C, and while I prefer obtaining nutrients from food, I do not mind incorporating additional supplements when I know they will be beneficial. Since our bodies can only utilize a certain amount of Vitamin C at a time, I separate taking this supplement from my daily multivitamin, which also contains Vitamin C, as well as from consuming high Vitamin C foods, to maximize its effectiveness. The price for this brand, the amount of Vitamin C, and the fact that the container holds 240 capsules is excellent. There is no taste or smell, and although the pills are somewhat lengthy, they are not too difficult to swallow. I find them effective; working in healthcare and encountering people with significant illness this past winter, I did not feel under the weather once. I have not noticed a significant impact on energy or mood, but it has not negatively affected them either. However, I would caution against starting with such a high dose of 1000 mg if you are not accustomed to it, as it may cause gastrointestinal distress. I appreciate this brand for its quality and for having limited ingredients in their supplements.

I’ve been taking this daily and it’s been a great addition to my routine. It’s easy on my stomach and absorbs well, which was important for me. I work out a lot, so I like that it supports my energy levels and recovery, and I’ve also noticed my skin looking healthier. The vitamin C content feels solid without being excessive, and the capsule size is easy to take. Overall it feels like a clean, high quality supplement that actually does what it’s supposed to do. Definitely sticking with this one.

These liposomal vitamin c’s are the real deal. The quality of these is apparent in their lack of upsetting my stomach via their liposomal delivery into my system. I think most people would be surprised about how much less vitamin C is absorbed unless you go liposomal route …so it’s great to see this option from Sports research as I use them as well for my vitamin D3/vitamin k intake and they make a very good product. Look into liposomal delivery vs standard vitamins and you’ll see why getting vitamin C liposomal makes way more sense vs standard vitamins. These are great and I haven’t gotten sick in quite some time. I started taking these liposomal vit c capsules about 6 and a half months ago as well.

Great product. Easy to take

I’ve been taking this Vitamin C supplement daily for several months, and I can really feel the difference. The tablets are easy to take, and they don’t upset my stomach like some other brands I’ve tried. I also like that they don’t have an overly strong taste or aftertaste.
