Poor Shipping
Seems to clean okay, but Amazon sends this box in the original fragile container and it gets easily mangled along with the very expensive pods. You MIGHT get a decent amount of unbroken pods.

The pod upgrade I didn’t expect
I’m so glad I found these. The big brand pods are loaded with harsh ingredients, and these are a cleaner option. Bonus: I actually think they work better. They’re also more affordable because you get a lot and the box lasts a long time. They’re tiny little pods, but they work hard. I’m not going back to the others.

CRUELTY FREE + NO PLASTIC (confirmed)!
Cruelty free &. No plastic! (Confirmed) with company!!!! :) I bought these and they are as good or better than the TOP dishwasher pods. But my family wanted to stop using plastics, to help decrease microplastic pollution in the environment. So, I emailed the company and they got back to me right away with this: “ The casing (film) on Dropps laundry and dishwasher capsules is made from PVOH (Polyvinyl Alcohol). This isn’t traditional plastic—it’s a water-soluble polymer that dissolves completely during use, so the active ingredients stay off your skin and there’s no mess. Dropps has thoroughly tested this material for biodegradability and environmental safety, and there’s no microplastic formation as defined by California state standards. PVOH is also listed in the EPA’s CleanGredients database and meets Safer Choice standards, highlighting its environmental credentials. In addition, all packaging is recyclable paperboard, not plastic, aligning with a commitment to reducing single-use plastics.”

I bought Ecover, dropps and trueartth and these were 2nd best. Ecover was the best. Not perfect but that couldn’t just be my crappy dishwasher. Rinsed nice every time with no residue left. Dropps were an ok 2nd, I’d use them in a pinch and TruEarth was crap every time.

I have been using Dropps for about 3 months and have been very impressed. The pods are small so easy to fit in dispenser, the scent is gentle and I have found it more gentle on my dishes' finishes and colors. The cleaning has been 99% in my 15 year old Bosch machine - only once did a casserole dish with cheese melted onto the bottom no come clean.
