It seems to Be a good quality food. The texture is quite sticky and difficult to clear out of the can, What otherwise a good product.

Hill's Science Diet Perfect Weight is fantastic! Our two small dogs love the food and we love that it is healthy for them and helps us manage their weight! The product helps you navigate what amount of food your pet need to either lose or maintain weight. It's good for them and reliable! We and the dogs love this product! We have our order on Subscribe and Save, and that is convenient and helps to get cost down.

My dogs love this flavor! It easily scoops out of the can with visible chunks of vegetables and meat. I add one scoop over the dry kibble and the dogs love it! It is a bit runny but that can be poured onto dry food as needed.

I gave this 3 star because I have received before no problems, but this time the food appeared dried out. - You should know that this is a non-refundable item on Amazon. If you get a bad batch you will need to contact customer service and send a picture of the food. If this had been the first time getting this variety, I would not have known it was off. - I get a case every 3 weeks so I am familiar with the product. Normally the Perfect Weight Hearty Vegetables and Chicken stew has a more liquid consistency (more gravy) and is darker brown. I also get another variety (sensitive stomach) that does have a thicker consistency. - This time the Perfect Weight food was congealed into a thick paste and was lighter in color. If I turn the can upside down, it stays in the can. Expiration date is 1/2026 Code on bottom of can is T510545 340 28224 - Via Amazon, there is no way to report the problem other than leave a review. I also contacted Hills, and am waiting for a reply. 14 March 2023 Update: 1. Got another case and it was fine. Attached photo of good can. 2. Hills requested pictures of bad and good cans. Standard - "will share with department" response. 3. Hills stated "Canned products that have become congealed can be the result of exposure to very cold temperatures for an extended period of time during transportation and distribution", but this was more than just congealed. It looked lighter and dryer also. They told me to return rest if I wanted a refund, but I had already thrown it out. 4. Updated review to 4 stars. PLEASE contact Hills if you had a similar experience, so this gets tracked.

My dogs really like this canned food. It’s good for weight and joint care.

My dog 🐶 loves this stuff. I’m glad they were temporarily out of the smaller cans which made me buy the full size cans. I’ve got a Jack-Chi and one can will last her a week and I’ll mix a very little of the Hills Weight Loss dry twice a day and she runs through the house again like speedy Gonzalez. She can afford to lose about three or maybe 4 pounds and she’s slendering down. I would definitely recommend this stuff. It’s pricey I’d recommend it. I use a scale to weigh out how much she’s getting per meal so I’m not over feeding her and I put the dry in there to give it a little more texture. It’s all hills weight loss food.

My dog Addie loves it. Trying to watch her weight and get her to lose some weight also. Next day shipping helped.
