Dell H815dw 1200x1200dpi 40ppm Mono Multifunction Laser Printer 1-Year Warranty [PN: H815dw]

i,m assuming a new machine but the upper sensor didn't work so it wouldn't copy from the glass or feeder....it would print from the computer just fine....because of amazons great return policy and not having to deal with dell, i'm going to give another one try...i can only lose time

Great Printer. Installed very easily and it is working great. Delivered on Time also.

I don't usually write reviews but buyer beware with the Dell HP815dw. Constant issues - won't connect, won't scan, feeder jams. I really hate this printer. I've put up with the nonsense for about 4 years. Planning to take to Staples and let them recycle it. Don't waste your money.

Great work horse. Prints and scans medium sized packages very quickly. Set up very easy and although on hold for customer service for about twenty minutes, the rep was very helpful and showed me several ways to streamline procedures. Great purchase Very happy

Good machine. Little big for the small office; especially if you are used to the small footprint or feel of brother MFC's, as in my case. At the outset, the machine offers a lot of features.. only problem is YOU can't do them all yourself. I spent almost 3 days of about 4-6 hours each; slowly working through all the settings to make it work; but the fax setting still fails. Calls to customer service of DELL is met with curt responses directing you to call 'Pro service' .. so basically DELL is greedy and looking for a large amount of fees in 'help' services, by selling you a complex machine. In my case, I am almost positive that the machine is faulty for fax purposes; and though I like the machine, dells CSR approach is reprehensible and I am giving up. What ever happened to the best company for Customer Service; now undeniably Amazon. Bottomline - good machine, lot of features but a little complex to set up for even tech savvy people, very poor customer service. sad to say that this will have to make it back to the store. The fax feature is not working; and I have a problem paying an unknown' amount of money to Dell CSR for even checking if the machine is faulty..

Aunque en apariencia se ve un buen equipo, no tuve la oportunidad de apreciar su funcionamiento porque resultó imposible de instalar, ni con la ayuda del servicio técnico de Dell , primero por teléfono y luego por asistencia remota, se logró instalar la impresora por wi-fi a pesar de que se promociona como "Easy Installation" no es cierto que lo sea. Recomiendo que se modifique el sistema por uno similar al de la mayoría de las impresoras del mercado del tipo "Plug and Play"

the price was right and it prints ok. But, the scanner constantly jams. It is giving my office staff fits. I would not count on this thing as a scanner.

The printer disconnects from the internet and i can't reconnect it and can't connect it to my computer using a direct USB connector.. Dell support is very poor and even though I purchased support through 2020, I was told it didn't include the printer and that I needed to pay $59 just to have someone evaluate it. I have had the printer a little over a year.
