Want to know why & how this works? I took the time to do a little research and thought it would be worth sharing on my review. Why it works? The Genius Brand put together an all-in-one formula using proven ingredients in their best forms and in proper dosages. The majority of the ingredients have their own website built where you can read everything from the sourcing to the effects. How it works? Astapure - This is a specific trademarked form of NATURAL (non-synthetic) Astaxanthin from ALGA Technologies. It's an extremely potent antioxidant that helps rid the body of free radicals that are so harmful to our skin quality. Things like smoking & drinking alcohol increase the amount of free radicals in the body. Astaxanthin does the opposite helping to maintain a youthful look. Biocell - This is a combination of collagen & hyaluronic acid and it's been tested through multiple different studies. The company likens it to the fountain of youth and for a good reason. There is nothing out there on the market like it that helps joint health, connective tissue and general skin health. Including the ability to reduce find line & wrinkles. This was the ingredient that really sealed the deal for me. It also helps healthy hair growth and that's huge, along with the vitamin A that they included as well. Setria - Maybe an even more powerful antioxidant than astrapure, this is a patented form of gltathione. In addition to helping the immune system and detoxifying the body, it also has been shown to brighten skin! It reduces melanin product by suppressing the activity of tryosinase and switching the eumelanin sysnthesis to pheomelanin synthesis (from their website). That goes a bit over my head but I'm not a biologist so I'd feel bad if some of this stuff didn't haha. I rarely write reviews, but I am so blown away by how incredible my skin looks after using Genius Beauty that I had to write this. I am 43 and have aging (i.e. fine lines), but acne-prone skin. Over the years I have tried so many creams, serums, lotions, and scrubs to treat my acne. Proactiv was the only thing that worked, but it was expensive, I only liked one of the products (but you had to buy a set of three) and it didn't help with the fine lines. After reading the reviews for GB, I decided to give it a try. WOW - just WOW! My skin looks amazing. No acne, my skin looks and feels smoother and younger. No dryness, no oiliness, smaller pores, and a glow. I stopped using daily foundation and switched to a light dusting of face powder and a little blush. The only downside is that this is a 20-day supply, so I ran out before my next subscribe-and-save shipment. Two days of not using the GB, I was breaking out again, so ordered more with two day prime shipping. As soon as I got it and started using it again, my skin was back to being amazing a day later. I solved the 20-day supply by ordering 3 GBs at a time on a 2-month subscribe and save. I cannot recommend this product enough! UPDATED - I have now been using Genius Beauty for several months. It has cleared up my skin completely, thickened my hair and nails, and it makes me feel good! I am in my mid-40s and have struggled with adult acne and fine hair. After taking Genius Beauty for about a month, my skin was clear with no acne! After another month, I notice that my nails were stronger and were growing faster. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that my hair was growing thicker, faster and was shinier. My only complaints are that it's rather pricy and each bottle only last 20 days.

*Update* Im now 43 yrs old. I have purchased this product a total of 18 times! .... So semi-regular use over several years. My hair, skin, nails are amazing. And when I haven't taken the product for a while, and get back to it... I notice it in my face immediately. When I wake up in the morning I see clear even tone healthy skin. And I don't really struggle with thinning hair/hairline...but my front hairline where my baby hairs are has really thickened & filled in. Love this product and will continue to purchase. I'm 39, and have taken pretty good care of my skin, and don't have fine lines or wrinkles yet. My primary concern has been under eye circles and puffiness, as well as darker/discolored eyelids. I've been taking this product for a little over a week, and I can genuinely say, I notice a difference. All of my concerns have improved with this product and hopefully will continue. My eyes are significantly less puffy in the morning, dark circles and discoloration improved as well! In the description, I believe when they say this product is "whitening" they mean that it helps with discoloration. It doesn't actually bleach your skin. I just notice that my skin tone is much more even. My only complaint is that each bottle is only a 20 day supply, which is just stupid. Regardless, I feel the product is high quality, and is definitely working....so I plan to purchase again.

I give this product 2 stars for the fact it makes my skin glow and hair grow like crazy. However 2-3 weeks after starting this supplement I experienced cystic acne I have not seen since my college accutane days. I spent literally hundreds of dollars on acne medication because of this supplement. It would have been nice to know that there is a chance this could do this. And collagen after researching does affect a small percentage of people this way. So, I am still actually dealing with the fallout of this supplement, has been traumatizing. This company should check in like others (the acne serum I bought after this pill checked in via email) and offered some kind of discount on the mess it has caused.

I’ve been using this for about 2 weeks now, I’ve noticed my skin being less red and my existing acne is healing better. The only gripe I have about this product is the smell! It has a very strong almost plastic smell and it makes me wanna yack whenever I take it so I really only take it twice a day and I make sure to eat something small like candy to offset the smell that lingers a little bit after you swallow it. Other than that, everything seems good so far! I feel like the smell is a small price to pay for nice skin so I can’t really complain much! UPDATE 8/21/18 So I bought this product in June and at the start I used it consistently twice a day for about 2 weeks and on and off certain days here and there, and eventually forgot to keep taking it because I'm not good with remembering to taking my supplements. I didn't notice a HUGE difference with my skin because I was also trying out new products so I was unsure which was helping. Well lately, my skin has been problematic. I started using this consistently again (whatever was left over of my bottle) twice a day, and WOW!! My problematic skin literally looked so good after a week of consistent use! My active breakouts healed faster and the scarring was lightening much faster. I don't know how this stuff is so effective but it really works for me in conjunction with using The Ordinary's Retinol 2% with Squalene, "Buffet" serum, and Marula Oil to moisturize. I also use Drunk Elephant's Baby Sukari Facial once a week and this combination is amazing for my sensitive acne prone dry skin! I wish this beauty pill wasn't so expensive, but if I have the extra money I'll be buying more for sure!
