I am so happy I came across this. I was originally searching for sprouted chia seeds, and to my surprise, I came across this both sprouted superseed powder mixture. This gut-absorbing powerhouse is perfect for any addition to meals/drinks. Goes as a wonderful addition to some raw milk. Highly recommend. Excellent freshness, and amount. Took a while to arrive, wish it can arrive sooner like most prime products, but nonetheless, an important staple in my routine. Having both these powerhouse seeds in sprouted, powdered format, is a health boon.
