Great little adapter, I can keep using my old monitor on the new GPU.
Bought an RTX card, but when I wanted to connect my old 32 inch HP screen with 2560x1600 resolution, I realized they don't support DVI out any longer. This Adapter saved me and my old HP screen, which gets to live another day.

Doesn't work properly with my BENQ 2411 DVI 144hz monitor, every 10minutes it stops working correctly and I have to unplug/replug..... it's not strong enough for 144hz it seems

I hate spending so much on a DVI to DP adapter but in my case I had no other option. After upgrading my video card and losing the old school DVI port which my 2010 era 1440p Korean monitor relied on. I had a problem. I tried the so called "active DVI to DP" under $20 adapters and I could get an image but lines through it. Even underclocked to 60hz or less, same issue. Those cheaper adapters never had the dedicated USB power cable like this one does. Once I installed this, boom. It just works. This is a true DVI-I dual link "active" adapter which you need on these older style Korean monitors to work. I am even able to overclock it to 105hz without issue. Only gripe would be, EVERYTIME you turn it on it cycles all the RGB colors. Kind of annoying but you get used to it. Overall, very satisfied and a reminder to not waste your time on the cheaper adapters if you have this specific use case like me.

Worked great for my 30” Apple Cinema Display plugged into my Thunderbolt dock hooked up to my MacBook Pro. No complaints the build is great and it’s relatively compact compared to other options. Can’t say I’ve tried many other brands adapters, but Club 3D has really great products especially less common or hard to find ones. The display only runs at 60hz at 1440p and looks like it should nothing looks wrong color wise or anything else.
